How to setup automated notifications for incidents and reports

- Sign in to your account
- Expand the group on the left side of the page
- Click on the pencil icon to the right of the case you want to set notifications for
- Select the "send notifications" box
- Select "minimum alert level" (we recommend Elevated. This will send notifications for 'elevated' or higher)
- Input email address where you would like to receive notifications (more than one email can be added and admin added by default)
- Click 'save'
