How to setup automated notifications for incidents and reports

Sign in to your account
Expand the group on the left side of the page
Click on the pencil icon to the right of the case you want to set notifications for
Select the "send notifications" box
Select "minimum alert level" (we recommend Elevated. This will send notifications for 'elevated' or higher)
Input email address where you would like to receive notifications (more than one email can be added and admin added by default)
Click 'save'
