I can’t find my recovery kit and can’t remember my password. Can I still get access to my account?

Unfortunately, in order to maintain the strictest security measures and prevent others from accessing your saved credentials, the Recovery Kit is the only means of regaining access to your account if you have forgotten your password. 

If you lose this, you cannot access your account or credentials again. This also means that nobody else can access your credentials unless they gain access to your Recovery Kit.
