If you have an anonymous account with Kryptpass (you never verified an email for monitoring) then KryptPass does not have nor has it collected any personal data such as any credentials you saved or uploaded using the KryptPass browser extension or mobile application for Android and iOS.
If you have verified an account with KryptPass, you can request to have your data deleted by doing the following:
- Create a new request here to create a KryptPass support ticket: https://support.gofyeo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
- Input the email associated with your verified account
- In the subject line put: Request delete of data
- In the body of the request, please verify you are the holder of the account by providing your public key which can be found in the options menu of the browser extension or mobile application
FYEO Inc will delete the following KryptPass data:
- Email address associated with your verified account
- Any entries in our breach database with the associated email address
Once completed we will do our best to respond within 48-hours.
